Taylor smashed it as always, no idea why anyone would go to anyone else

Had my first nail art with Taylor yesterday, a friend had suggested biabs being an option for me. I made contact with Taylor and from the first message she made me feel totally at ease, gave me advice, options and answered my questions.
At ease continued in Salon, we had a lovely chat, she helped me choose a lovely design that went well beyond my expectations, and I have received many compliments on them.
Taylor has been completely proffessional, and demonstrates her expertise at the highest level.
